StarWare-J, a Novell NetWare Loadable Module, provides video networking services on NetWare-J servers for Ethernet, Token-Ring, and FDDI networks. StarWare-J allows up to 25 PC users to simultaneously access video and audio information stored on the NetWare-J server. Fujitsu will focus on corporate training and education, and presentation systems applications, and sell StarWare-J through their sales channels in Japan.

"We are pleased to be working with Fujitsu and supporting their multimedia application solutions," said Jim Long, president of Starlight Networks. "Fujitsu has demonstrated a strong commitment to multimedia, and now they will be able to provide networked solutions for their customers. We look forward to working together."

Starlight first introduced its StarWare product in November 1993. With StarWare-J, a modified version to run on NetWare-J, Fujitsu will be able to support the Japanese market requirements.
